Hello and welcome to my first blogger post.
My name is Ladislav and I work in of Flyer omdeling company. We are a team of able expats in Denmark designing, printing and delivering flyers, magazines and newspapers to people's and companies post boxes. Also handing out all of these promo materials to public on places with huge body traffic.
We have been on the market since 2011 and from our experiences we know a lots of things regarding promotion. I would like to suggest you one thing.
I know that here in Denmark are most of the companies having holidays. I am sure that all of the beautiful destinations are now full of people and they are relaxing on the beaches. And many of Danish companies are not promoting because of this fact.
But if you just look at how many of your friends and family members are out of the country in this moment.
I am sure it would be maximally 30%.
So now the remaining 70% are hanging around their homes or are having holiday in Denmark with their kids, friends, grandchildren and guess what? They are still watching television in the evening, listening to radio, reading newspapers and taking out their mail from their post box.
The group of Flyer omdeling is working full time in the year and the reason why is because we know that marketing and promotion is the most important part of every company.
Therefore if you stop your promotion for July because of holidays, you can get your company in to a big trouble.
Who does not want to win? :-)
If you want to win now, make some very simple flyers and lets do it, think big and you will get big. There is no time for waiting until people gets back from their vacation. You are not on vacation, you need customers. The way to get them is very simple. Promote with a very simple text on the flyer and you will get them. Don’t go into all of the details of what is all that you can offer, or who is satisfied with your product. With all of this data you would overwhelm the potential customer immediately when he just look at the flyer in the first second. Go simple, people will get the message of what you offer, they are very clever.
Here is one very fun fact that told me one of our customers from estate agency about two months ago.
He told me that once he went to valuate one apartment and after he did it, he have distributed some flyers himself in that area. The funny thing about this was that the flyer was maximally simple. One one side of it was a sentence like: We have been valuing one apartment in your area, contact us if you also need our help. And on the other side was the name of the company and contact. This customer have been actually pissed on us because we have delivered for him 10,000 flyers and he didn’t get any call and from those few he delivered himself that day he got two customers. The flyer we have delivered had a lots of data, prices and pictures, of course it didn’t work. It have overwhelmed all of those who received this flyer and they have not read it at all.
So here is my suggestion:
I want you to think about your flyers and remember to that flyer that really worked and was very simple. Print some more of those and let’s promote, let’s get some more customers for you.
